Schedule of Events

*Event Shooting Times may be changed depending on attendance.

Pre-Registration

Pre-registration for Sporting Clays, Skeet, Doubles, Handicap, & Singles will all open on June 3, 2024 at 5pm CST.

Pre-Registration for Sporting Clays & Skeet: Pre-registration for these events will open on June 3, 2023, at 5:00 PM CST. Forms will be available below, and must be submitted by July 19, 2024, at 5:00 PM CST. Please submit these forms by emailing them to aim@shootata.com. Once you have submitted the form, changes can be emailed to aim@shootata.com until the deadline of July 19, 2024. Any changes that are not submitted before this deadline must be done at the event center starting Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at 10:00 AM CST. One change per team will be accepted at time of registration. Once your registration process is complete, and payment has been accepted, no changes can be made.

When submitting a pre-registration form for Skeet and/or Sporting Clays, unless indicated otherwise, 4 person squads will be considered a team for trophy determination. Shooters will compete in the order they’ve signed up, unless changes are made by the coach. For these events only, all squad members do not have to compete on the same field, at the same time, to be eligible for team trophies.

Pre-Registration for Singles, Handicap, & Doubles: Pre-registration for these events will also open on June 3, 2024, at 5:00 PM CST, and close on July 19, 2024, at 5:00 PM CST. All preregistrations must be submitted through the AIM Coaches Area. Individuals not associated with a team, please use shooter’s last name for team name. Changes can be made online to your original submission until the deadline of July 19, 2024. Any changes that are not submitted before this deadline must be done at the event center starting Friday, July 26, 2024, at 7:00 AM CST.

Please keep in mind, any changes made at the Event Center could delay your registration process. We strongly recommend that changes be made prior to July 19, 2024. Squadding for these events will be posted on www.aim4ata.com the week of July 22, 2024.

Special Awards:
*These awards are in addition to the AIM Championship awards and will not exclude a team from any class or category awards.
Pre-registration is required to be considered for these awards.

Many AIM teams are a result of team participation in other youth shooting programs (FFA, USAHSCTL, 4-H, American Legion & State Conservation). The top teams comprised of shooters from these organizations will be recognized with Special Recognition Awards. All shooters must be from the same chapter of the same organization. For example, if all squad members are 4-H, but from different chapters, this will not qualify for these Special awards. Pre-registration is required to be considered for these awards.
Pre-registration Deadline is July 19, 2024.
